I took the original photograph at the top level of the Bellevue Square Mall parking lot. I then used Paint.NET, [link] to manipulate it. I made several types of edits: the photo was at a slight angle so I had to de-skew it, I removed the parking passes attached to the rearview mirror, removed license plate numbers, added glow to the foreground, glowed and blurred the background, probably lots of other stuff I forget. I made it back in November and there are still some rough edges where it isn't exactly finished (mostly the part below the license plate). However, the original use for this image was for a screenshot where most people would only see it at about 400x300, so that much didn't really matter.

I wish I was this good with Paint.net
I would've edited out the "Bellevue" on the license plate...it's distracting.
Otherwise, this photomanipulation certainly puts the spotlight on this BMW
